Thumbs up for the new Foster for Plymouth brand colours
Developing a unique colour palette for Foster for Plymouth was derived from the new logo design. Careful consideration is taken to capture a friendly persona, but not too far removed from the corporate colour used in the Plymouth City Council brand identity.
The use of split colours in the headlines was deliberate to enhance specific words or calls to action (CTA).
Effective marketing starts with resonant messaging
Eye-catching A0 Posters dotted throughout the city to engaging Roller Banners displayed at seminars and events, they are only valid if they appeal to the target audience. A process where White Space excels - sitting down with the client to ensure we truly understand what they are trying to achieve.
By breaking the messages down into bite-size chunks, ensures the marketing piece is concise and has a relevant headline, image and call to action.
Creating a consistent image style
Each of the website header images created below represents the subject matter for the page. All of which are displayed using the same image style we had created and utilised the Foster for Plymouth brand colour palette. These same images are manipulated and edited so that they could be used for social assets to help stretch the budget further.
Consistent messaging, brand colours and images across social marketing channels
At the beginning of the campaign, we will work with the client and set up a thorough content media plan, which includes: the headline; suggested image; social platform; post message; hashtags; and the call to action. Nothing is left to chance, meaning that all the marketing assets can be created in advance to include any photo-shoot, video-shoot, sourcing of stock imagery and the creation of the asset itself.
During the life of the campaign we will supply a monthly report and tweak any collateral to reflect the level of engagement.Below are a few social media marketing examples that can be seen across the Foster for Plymouth social channels.
Better buy bus - see what we did there?
We are great believers in testing different forms of advertising and marketing, and a great example of that is displayed below. Working with similar organisations, we have established over the years, that certain types of outdoor media can prove quite effective, such as Petrol Pump, Bus Stop, Bus Side and Bus Rear Advertising. This form of media is an effective tool for brand awareness, or to get a specific message across.
