Exhibition stand design and supporting collateral
Gustare Honey is a pure delicious Australian Honey manufacturer who uses only one filtration process to ensure the best quality product available.
Looking to expand further across the UK, Gustare Honey wished to exhibit at prominent trade shows, to not only sell directly to individual stores but to enlist the larger food and drink distributors.

Gustare Honey was looking to add maximum impact to their show stand space and want to include a large stand design, as well as some supporting collateral.
Crucial to the stand space, would be an area for tasting sessions, to allow people to sample the product and discuss the pricing structure to stock the product.
Although these elements were required for the stand space, it would be up to White Space Advertising to help maximise it, without the space becoming too cluttered.
A large stand space, such as the one rented by Gustare Honey required a large exhibition display stand, front counter and areas for collateral.
Working closely with our partners in London, we decided upon a modular system that allowed for an ‘L’ shape configuration; that had a small footprint, yet was quite tall. This ensured that the graphics that we created would have maximum impact. The stand graphics were split into different segments, with two end cap panels, displaying the logo and web address, a central joining panel and two large display graphics. The first of the large display panels featured a large group product image. Above the image, sat a list of USPs that best described the product benefits in a concise manner. The second of the large display panels featured the main emotive image of the bee in flight image that has been used on other collateral. Above the picture sat some headline text, that acted as an advertising headline to draw attention.
To help support the main stand structure, we created a front tasting station display. This would be where prospects could come and taste each of the products, take away some supporting collateral. Again, this tasting display unit was branded with the Gustare logo and social media icons and, of course, the website address.
To make the overall experience more polished, we updated the main corporate brochure and had them displayed on the stand. Alongside this, we also developed a Strut Board A4 poster to help announce the ‘coming soon’ of the new Manuka Jelly Bush product. Adding to the overall corporate feel of the stand, we also created Gustare Honey embroidered polo shirts for all Gustare personnel.
Lastly, to help promote the show to the trade before and during the show, we created a competition with the winning prize being a weekend cookery course for two, including accommodation, at the renowned Ashburton Cookery School. This was promoted using social channels, as well as creating a promotional leaflet for the exhibition.
The result was a resounding success, with over 200 enquiries at the show for the products, and over 150 people signed up to the cookery course competition.
