We were tasked with the creation of Pearce Construction’s logo design & marketing collateral.
Pearce were looking for a company to update their construction branding and to create a new suite of supporting collateral, from business cards to electronic case study sheets.
We were tasked to retain a similar colour scheme, but update it, use more appropriate typography and create a suite of items that had not previously been produced. We needed to consider a mixture of brand identity, logo design, copywriting, case study sheet design, letterhead design, and business card design.
We started by addressing the company name suggested that the main focus of the business is construction and so this ought to be incorporated. This would not only act as a descriptor for people who do not currently know of Pearce, but it would also help with their search results. After a marketing meeting with the client, it was decided that the new name of Pearce Construction would be the way forward.
Now we had a new name, we set about revising their logo and construction branding. Then, to complement the logo, we crafted a new strapline that had an emotive tone, but also tried to convey what the company represents.
We then created a suite of Stationery that featured a very clean design. This ensured that the main contact information remained very legible, even when other elements were placed on the page, such as on the letterhead.
